If you select the Personalization option, please include your desired embroidery in the Comments field at checkout. 13 character maximum including spaces (per line).

Please indicate your location as of mid-end of April as either London (ON), GTA, or other and indicate the exact city in the comments. If you are in London, there will be a designated spot near/on campus to pick up your order. If you are in the GTA, the pick up location is at Entripy’s warehouse in Oakville.
